Has anyone ever asked Real to check into this matter? I am on close to two dozen lists and this is the first time I have had a problem with html email. Since AOL has no option for providing 100% email, this means that no one using the most popular internet service can use the Real maillists. I have had the same email address for 10 years, and I don't have any need to open an entirely new service. Perhaps there is some tweak that can be done to the filtering system of the Real server. I see my own emails that pass through the server as normal without html.
