Greg,

You are absolutely correct. I can read your emails perfectly and my
experience on other lists is the same as yours.

In order to get to the bottom of it, I would ask anyone compelled to
admonish senders against using html because they are personally having
difficulty reading them to identify what they are using to read them with,
and what their read settings are.

I think this is probably a two-way street.

With some factual info, possibly users and RS can focus on some resolutions.
