Is this more readable? (I set font to 18). On Yahoogroups, there is a setting for plain text or html mail and set it for plain text, and yet I submit messages without any problem from AOL. My theory is that Real Systems is using a server of some sort - and it doesn't recognize some AOL formating code, which Yahoo and others do recognize. Perhaps set Mail (and I am using a Mac with 10.2.8 also) to the HTML rather than plain. Maybe its just the opposite of what you are doing. By turning on HTML reading, it will know how to handle the characters. I have been asking all of my questions using Eudora - which I use ONLY for this list. However, I don't like it. It does not work all the time. It keeps asking for setup info each time, and the window can not be moved. But I have been making the effort to not offend anyone. (This one was sent with AOL) I use Mail. I can't find a setting that forces all messages to plain text. I'll keep hunting for it, though. But would that solve the digest problem? |
