I discovered the problem. I have a Listbox, and a Display_Listbox
method. When I select a row in the Listbox, it selected the correct
popup menu value. I wanted it to work the other way too, when you
manually make a change to that popup menu, i attempted to
Display_Listbox again - and it was that which reset the selection. So
when I had two popmenus, the first worked but the second gave the
error. I guess I have to make another button to update the listbox
when the menus are changed, but disable that button from the listbox
change handler.
