OK, this really ought to do any conversion that's necessary for you.
If you find that drawing your JPEG into some other picture makes it
work, then I'd say you've found a bug in ResourceFork.AddPicture,
which you ought to report with the feedback form.
I'll be interested in knowing what other ways there are for adding
items to a resource fork.
There is ResourceFork.AddResource, which can add any arbitrary data
(as a string); there are also things such as declares and plugins.
