Yes.

It appears from the basic marketing and using the IDE that the 1st 2 are possible. The Quicktime control and classes provide some access to the Quicktime API but not FULL access. Some of the lower level calls are not present.

Is there a way to make C calls from RB?  ( ie Declare examples)

Yes, you've got it: the Declare statement.

Is there examples of accessing Quicktime this way.

I'm sure there are, though I can't point you to any off the top of my head. Hmm, wasn't there something about this in a recent issue of RB Developer? Or am I just imagining that? (I'm hoping someone else will chime in here.)
