I have used RB for several months using OS X 10.1.5. Recently I purchased OS X 10.3.1 and installed it on a new external drive. I put the RB icon in the dock but it will not open. It asks for my serial number, etc. It will not open if I double click the RB icon either. I have done nothing else; RB was not moved or anything. If I boot into OS X 10.1.5 it will open properly.
