Submitted listings do not have to meet any kind of certification requirement
or set quality level. In order for a submitted listing to get approved, we
DO require that it is related to REALbasic, made with REALbasic, and/or
would be something that would directly interest REALbasic developers.

With that said, your submitted listings display your name as the author, so
it is in your best interest as a developer to put your best foot forward and
list quality products and developer tools that enhance your public
reputation in the REALbasic community. :-)

But your contributions do not need to be incredibly complex. Many of the
listings at RBGarage.com are simple classes that help REALbasic developers
by enhancing existing controls with some new features.

Easy... Simply click on the Register button and sign up as a free member.
Once you are a RBGarage.com member, you can add your listings to your "My
Garage" account for free. When logged in, "My Garage" will display your own
listings and show which ones have been approved or are still pending
approval. You can modify your listings at any time -- just log in with your
member username and password. To simply browse or search the site as a
user, you do not have to be logged in.

Since developers tend to look for a specific kind of solution first, we
categorize everything according to the function it performs (i.e. - video
editing classes would be located in the Multimedia/Video sub-category).
Developers are responsible for informing users if their listing is
compatible with Mac, Windows, Linux or all of the above. If your listing is
a module of Windows declares that perform system functions, then you would
want to list that in the System/Windows sub-category.

Neither. We do not accept listings with the URL pointing to the direct
download. You need to submit your listing with the URL pointing to the web
page on your site that describes the listing in further detail. On your web
page is where you would include a download link if applicable. That way,
you can offer multiple download links: a .sit for Mac, a .zip for Windows,
etc.

If it is something you feel other REALbasic developers would find
beneficial, then yes. We let our site visitors be the judge of the listings
-- they can rate and review any of the listings. We want RBGarage.com to
remain an objective resource for the community, so we never pass judgment on
submitted listings. We only decline listings that are not appropriate or
are unrelated to REALbasic.

If they are made with REALbasic, then yes. RBGarage.com has a sub-category
for Games within its MwRB Applications category.
