Having REALbasic means that I have an excuse to learn more about the Mac

Is there Mac-emulator software that will run on a Windows PC and is
affordable?
Essentially, no. There used to be emulators for Macs using the
68k-series microprocessor, but to my knowledge no one has ever
written an emulator for a PowerPC machine. And Apple has supported
only PowerPC Macs for years now; current versions of Mac OS wouldn't
even begin to run on a 68k Mac.
If you intend to support the Mac for any of your apps, I would
suggest that you pick up at least a used Mac capable of running OS X.
This will probably run you between $500 and $1000. Otherwise, it's
probably better to not support Macs at all -- even with REALbasic,
it's not really practical to try to support a platform you can't even
test on (let alone debug).
