Bug in Subs (formerly What is wrong with this)

I am still having trouble with the menus in my program
I can't figure out why

The bug is in the SUBS for some reason in most if not all of the program
SUBS are causing SYNTAX ERRORS

Is there anyone willing to look at my project? I can email it off list.
