What are you using the control for? I have never seen a hier. popupmenu, but
you can achieve the same thing through a hier. listbox, and I would
recommend looking at the REALbasic: definitive guide for examples and
explan.
you could also use two popupmenus, one for the categories, and the other for
the subcategories of the selected category... so once they choose an item,
it shows the 2nd popup with the children.
