"Protection schemes should be there to keep the honest people honest." This reminds me of a conversation I overheard in a local coffee shop. One fellow was talking about an application he had been using for a couple of years (side note: it seems that the longer someone "owns" an application the more willing they are to "share") and the other fellow asked if he could get a copy of it. It didn't sound illegal at all! The first fellow said, "well sure"... Then paused and said "oh wait it has a protection scheme that only allows two 'seats' and I've already got those committed... Sorry". One more (OT) point... My car has these things called windows (not M$) that can be broken by someone determined enough to get into my car and steal the stuff... But I still lock it before going into a store because that will keep out "all but the most determined thieves".
