1) You can eject CD's by pressing F12 on the Mac, and this works fine with a
PC keyboard and KVM switch.
2) I used to have a Logitech multimedia keyboard and all (or almost all) the
multimedia control keys worked on both Macs and PCs. (I've since gone back
to a plain vanilla Dell keyboard since I didn't find those keys particularly
useful, etc)
3) Print Screen, Scroll Lock and Pause/Break keys on the PC keyboard map to
F13, F14 and F15 on the Mac.
4) I use the contextual menu key all the time on Windows; on the Mac it does
absolutely nothing.
I got my ConnectPro KVM switch from Amazon. Here are a couple of links:
If you need to control only two computers:

If you want to control up to 4 computers (this is the model I have):
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000067V63/ref=nosim?t=superzonic-20
Note that these are USB models, which allows you to plug in a USB hub -- I
have successfully used this switch with a USB microphone, thumbdrive, card
reader, and digital camera, and presumably most USB peripherals will work.
(They also sell PS2 models if you're a retro kind of guy...)
