Thanks! I figured it out though... I used the open event in the main window to
open up a second window as a sheet. You know how a sheet becomes the only
working window at that point, and disables the controls in the window behind
it? Well when I close the sheet, what happens is that the controls in the
window behind it never re-enable themselves for file drop. I believe this may
be a bug. I think it has to do with opening a sheet from the original window's
open even handler.

If possible, an OSX upgrade would also provide much more usefulness in
RB as many features require 10.2.x as a minimum and function even
better in 10.3.x.
