No. It's your job to support your customers. Not the other way around. And
you should take it as highly indicative of a deficiency that this thread
originated with a question about printing, because that is an area in which
Real's documentation (and perhaps RB itself) is acutely wanting. You
probably weren't suggesting that someone must travel to REAL World to learn
how to print hairlines, but the fact is that it may be the fastest and least
frustrating way. Not good.
