I guess it depends on the level of professionalism you'd like in the DVD.
I'd be satisfied with a digital video camera at the back of the hall, a
microphone at the front and a copy of iMovie and iDVD in between - as long
as I could see the content.

Ahh, look, it's not a big deal - I've been through similar discussions with
Filemaker Inc when I was an FSA member and I realise conference location is
always going to be a hassle for someone.
Just a shame so many users will miss out altogether when a solution seems so
available.
