There is a university in our city that has an invited speaker series.
Admittedly, they are AV-savvy, but they provide a live webcast of each
talk, and archive them on their server for interested parties to
download.
It is all unedited, and sometimes pretty rough.
But no DVD distribution charges, and minimal production costs.
If REAL World ever decides to make their material available more
widely, this might be a low-cost way to get into the game.

I'm sure we will eventually provide DVDs of REAL World but for now, we
want to get several conferences under our belt before we make the job
of putting on the conference more complex.

Just a shame so many users will miss out altogether when a solution
