I still think it was off base to imply that REAL Software was not willing to
support their customers.  I did not realize that Barrie's response to your
post was intended to be humorous.  It appeared he felt that he'd only get
answers to his questions if he attended REAL World.  This obviously isn't
true and if he'd got that impression from your post it would have been
unfortunate so I tried to set the facts straight.

I still believe the answers to his problem lie in adjusting the
MaxHorizontalResolution and MaxVerticalResolution properties.  These are
documented in the PrinterSetup class.  If you feel the documentation about
printing (or any other area) needs improvement please be sure to report it
using the feedback system <http://www.realsoftware.com/feedback/>.  That way
we can address it in a future release so others don't have to struggle.
