Yes, this does provide answers to my original question. I simply did
not know about the printerSetup properties. I have got (and still
getting) a lot of online and offline help on this subject. Many thanks
to all.
Barrie I still believe the answers to his problem lie in adjusting theMaxHorizontalResolution and MaxVerticalResolution properties. These are documented in the PrinterSetup class. If you feel the documentation about printing (or any other area) needs improvement please be sure to report it using the feedback system <http://www.realsoftware.com/feedback/>. That waywe can address it in a future release so others don't have to struggle.
