RB Database - auto increment number

Hello,

I have experienced with mySQL, SQL Server, Access, Filemaker.  In all 
of those, I know how to make a primary key auto increment, so that I 
have a unique ID integer to call the record.
Stupid question, but how do I do that with the REAL database?
