Subject: Reloading extrenal picture file
Hello!
How can i tell RB to reload my picture file to be read into a
backdrop, when it has been updated since previous compilation ? The
only
way i found is to quit RB, relaunch and reopen project, i
did not find a better way in documentation.
Thank you !
In the Project window, Control(Alt)-Click (Right Click) on the image
and select relocate from the Contextual menu. That is the same as
restarting. You can then select your new picture.
You must remember that your editing has moved the image to a new
location on your hard disk and your old image is still called for. If
it is changed on rebooting, the link is lost as it has been changed to
a non-existent location according to the OS.
HTH,
Terry
