Thanks for speedy responses to cry of distress! My window looks
MUCH better now (although I would still like to know how they get
REALbasic's Code Editor looking so spiffy).
Our code editor is not an EditField, but still: you can make a window
exactly like our code editor by checking the "ScrollbarHorizontal"
property. Then you have two scrollbars (and an EditField that does
not wrap), which you can use to fill the window and neatly fit the
grow icon.
Rank beginner's question #2: how do I delete an entire project
from within REALbasic?
You don't; you do that from the Finder (or File Explorer or
whatever), as with any other application.
I've only managed to do this so far by dragging files from my
desktop to the trash; but the project remains to haunt me in
File>Open Recent...
No worries, it'll cycle out as you open or save other projects. If
you want, you can go to your Preferences folder and throw out the
"REALbasic Recent Items" folder -- but personally, I wouldn't bother.
