phone dialing and data collection

Is it possible at all to make an application with realbasic that:
1) Directly dials a phone number
2) Plays a recorded message
3) Collects information from the caller (touch tone responses or maybe 
voice)
4) Stores the data

Any thoughts, leads or suggestions appreciated.
