In number formating operations it would be very helpfull
to be able to turn off the scientiffic notation and instead
specify a number of decimals...i.e. like this; Precision=12
(for 12 decimal points). some other BASICs can do this.
Is this possible?

I'm having a little bit of trouble formating a number that
can be pos/neg with/without dp.

Ideas?
