Good Idea. I would check the bug base and see if there is a feature request
you can sign on to or if one doesn't exist, create one and send the ID so I
can sign on too.
Of course as a lame workaround you could paste your text into TextEdit or
BBEdit and spell check it. It's a pain but it works. I think there is even
a Spell checker that works with any app. Is it Latex or Excalibur, I
forget...
