Hey Sreeni.

Portable Applications?

Realbasic is an incredibly powerful tool and actually does have the ability to place background images in windows. I recommend you do the tutorial so you understand about what a property is.

A window has a backdrop property (which is accessible from the properties window).

So all you have to do is find your image file you want to place as the background, drop it into your project window, go to the backdrop property of the Window and choose your image file.
