Hello Tom,

Thank you. I will search the archives.

The purpose was obviously to control other applications to a certain degree, without using Script Editor in Mac OS or other equivalent technique in Windows.

But I really don't see why sending keystrokes to another program should be very CPU intensive.

Best regards,

Yes, but that would be very CPU intensive. Why would you want to do
that.

I recall a discussion on the NUG in the last month or so around the same
subject. You should search the archives.

Tom

Hello,

Is there a way for a RB program to send keystrokes to another
program?
(cross-platform if possible).
I have browsed the documentation but did not find a solution.

Best regards,

Paul Mateescu
