PrintScreen key on Mac?

Is there a PrintScreen key on Mac computer keyboards?  Win32 keyboard have such 
a key and I was wondering if Macs did as well.

Also, can Mac deal with CHR() (ASCII coding)?  I know Win32 to can but my 
knowledge of Macs is very limited.

I need to know what the ASCII number to the PrintScreen, Ctrl, and Shift keys 
are, have tried to create a KeyDown program to tell me what the Keys I press 
are but not what the PrintScreen, Ctrl, and Shift keys do.
