XML question

(My apologies if this got sent twice)

I am looking into writing a order system in RealBasic.  The two big
things i need in this system are MySQL support (i know RB supports
this) and XML parsing.  I would REALLY rather not have to write  my
own XML parsing library.  I will be using XML to communicate with
FedEX to determine shipping information in real time.

Right now the .following systems are in the running for language in
which to make this system:
C&GTK+
RealBasic
PHP 5.0

RealBasic seems to be the simplest of them all and i would love to use
it if it fulfills my needs.

Also, does RealBasic support CVS?
