Locked property "bug"

Since RB 2, I think, the locked property of FolderItems is read/write.

The read portion of the property works fine: it returns a file's Locked
attribute.

However, the write aspect is incorrect; instead of changing the Locked
attribute of a file, it sets the Name Locked flag of the file, which is
something completely different.
