Exactly. It is uncessary to ever modifity anything in the System folder
under OS X. There is a reason why there are so many Library folders. One for
each user to put user specific stuff in (~/User), one that only the system
is allowed to modify (/System/Library), and one that administrators can
modify (I think it's only Administrators, seems logical...) which is where
you would put all of your system modifications that you want to affect every
user (/Library). The latter is where you should put Quesa, just like Franco
has said.
