Does it have to use v4.5?
If so, and you really are up against the deadline, email RS's customer
support directly and explain. Maybe because of your outstanding
circumstances, they might do something.
Or, they might tell you that your distributor will have a serial in 2 or 3
days, and to just wait. I dunno.
