Actually RS do process foreign cards. I always pay for my licence with my
South-Korean Visa card, and it always worked, so far... And if one day a
South-Korean distributor appeared in the picture, I wouldn't be able to pay
by Visa/Internet, since credit cards are not used in South Korea for
Internet transactions (I actually don't think it is a technical problem,
rather a legal thing).
