Well I'm English (UK), and Americans speak English, so this wouldn't apply
me because I speak the same language.

The Internet is the best place for advertising and I have never seen
anywhere in the UK advertisements for REALbasic, so Nova International (UK
Distributor) isn't doing very well at this at all - so why bother? The
Internet is where people will see REALbasic, and the odd few elsewhere.

It's a simple automated system surely! How would that effect the size of the
business?

Seen no ads in the UK for REALbasic (as stated above). I would say it'd be
as easy ordering from REAL Software for a serial number - it's all handled
over the internet.

I would be happy with the distributors if the prices were the same as REAL
Software's, and they were available at the same time. I had to wait a ages
for my free upgrade serial number to appear, those in the USA got them right
away and as usual the distributors were behind.

I don't see why credit card orders over the internet purchasing a simple
serial number couldn't be handled by REAL Software themselves, rather than
me getting it from someone else at a higher price and for them to take
longer to actually get in to them.

I'm only 16 and I don't have much money coming in, so the cheaper the
better!

Regards.
