Rather "enforce" it, and provide the possibility that anyone can purchase
directly from RS, and you reward the distributor. It ought to be a two-way
deal, right? Wouldn't the distributor not be happy to obtain a reward,
while not having the hassle to do the actual work? The client from abroad
who purchases directly should however know that if he/she encounters
dissatisfaction with the product he/she then has to deal with you, not with
the distributor. If he/she purchases through a distributor, the distributor
would be responsible..
