The solution is staring you in the face. If a distributor is truly
making customers unhappy with high markups and no local value added than
they are ripe to lose their territory. No company, and I'm sure
Realsoftware is no exception, will long tolerate a lump of a distributor
who doesn't provide value added that makes maintaining their local
monopoly worthwhile to the RS bottom line.
You seem to be saying that your local distributor is worthless. Well, if
that's true, you can probably make good money by replacing them. Good
luck on the business plan writing.
