JPEG plugin

Does anyone know of any other plugins that will load JPEGs without QuickTime
or if the Micono Plugin or the LoadSaveJPEG plugin will be fixed (due to
4.5). I just tested on my windows box and sure enough the images were
flipped. I looked at the MBS plugin, but it uses the same name as the RB
native call which is what I want to use if QuickTime is installed.

The one work around that I can think of is to flip the images. Any other
ideas?
