True, I'm sure there are plugins which have platform specific designer code,
but in most cases people have created a control where what you see in the
IDE is what you see at runtime, so in all these cases, no modification is
needed. For those who wish to get a jump start at fully supporting their
plugins on Windows, please subscribe to the REALbasic plugins list, as I
will be detailing some of the specific issues that you need to be aware of.

That is until now there has been neither need to provide a working designer
mode for for Win32
controls, nor a way to test such.
So many plugin controls will not have Windows design mode code and there
fore either crash or
not work correctly.
