Message Box Problem in RB 4.5.2 ?

Is anyone else having problems with Message Boxes (MsgBox) in RB 4.5.2 ?

Mine often come up completely empty i.e. no icon, no text and no OK button.
Doesn't happen in RB 3.5.2 with identical code.

I'm using RB 4.5.2 Pro (carbon version) and  System 9.2.1
