[off] Silly users with AOL block set to full

Hi list,

Recently a user bought one of my programs, and used his AOL account 
with the block set to full. Now, he can't get his registration code 
that is rightfully his. AND I can't contact the person.
Any idea where to go? Is there an address at AOL to deal with this sort 
of thing?
