Ah, but it /would/ be very useful to be able to create multiple
menubars in the IDE and swap them at runtime, with a property to
determine which is default (or maybe determine the default in the same
way that you determine the default window). I know that it's now
possible to change menus in code, but it would be SO much easier to be
able to swap whole menubars, for instance if you're making an
application that acts like a bundle of several different apps.

I think that 99% of applications have the same menu items on both
platforms.
So adding this property doesn't sound like good bang for the buck.
However,
with the new compiler, you can add and remove menus on the fly so you
