RB5a10 WIN: Extended keyboard does not work

Hi, 

RB5a10 WIN fixes the problem with high ascii keys on my german keyboard
(e.g. german umlauts). But i still have problems with keys on the extended
keyboard like "page up" , "page down"... Using keys on the numerical keypad
inserts wrong "characters" not the appropiate numbers and operators.

My bug report: ltrlbugg
