Here's a slightly obscure problem I just discovered with RB 5.2b2 and b3. If you can add anything, here's the report URL: <http://support.realsoftware.com/feedback/viewreport.php?reportid=mbzlczyp>

BevelButton/Popup menu in floating window doesn't refresh after printing

Report Reference ID: mbzlczyp

Development Environment: 5.2b3 Mac OS X OS: Mac OS X 10.2.x

Issue appears in: IDE OS: Mac OS X 10.2.x

Severity: Incorrect Functionality

Description: When printing from a floating window with a BevelButton or PopupMenu the BevelButton and PopupMenu are disabled after running a print routine that opens a dummy print window (to give the print job an appropriate title).

Reproducible: Always

Reproduce Steps: I have submitted a project which demonstrates the problem. Its main window opens a floating window which has a Bevelbutton, a popupMenu and a listbox. Choosing anything from the BevelButton or PopupMenu runs a simple print routine using a styled text printer. The print routine shows a dummy print window whose location is set off-screen and whose Title property is set to provide a meaningful name for the print job.

Run this project and make a choice from the BevelButton menu or from the PopupMenu. In the Print dialog that appears, click anything other than "Cancel". After going back to the debug application, try to make a choice from either the BevelButton or PopupMenu in the floating window. You can't, as they are both disabled.
