Copy Entire Function

Something I'd REALLY like to see someday in RealBasic:

A method of copying an entire subroutine or function from Sub Foo to 
End Sub, so that:
a) If I paste it into another project / module / window it 
automatically recreates the entire subroutine;
b) If I paste it into a chat window I don't need to retype the start 
and end.
I'm sure a LOT of people would like to see this (command-shift-C and 
command-shift-V?).
