Presumably not, as any changes would (I would think) require testing cycle.
So, as stated in the fc5 release notes, 5.5.3fc5 would become 5.5.3 assuming no
show-stoppers.
Presumably a 5.5.4 could be released if absolutely necessary, but my guess is
that both REAL Software, as well as the RB user community at large, are anxious
to get 6.0 underway. Aside from the plug-in issue recently posted, I can't
think of anything too major that can't be worked around in 5.5.3.
