Overly complicated? Seemed pretty simple to me: Step 1) get a token, Step 2) fade. The only problem is that RB's declares somehow don't work well with it. (see the code i posted an read the comments)


and isn't as flexible as gamma tables (plus I like nice saturated brightness control like good ol DrawSprocket provides on OS 9). That API requires 10.2 to boot!

Yeah, well... I'm a "you better have the latest and greatest or else" kinda guy. :)
