Yes, everything should work, except GetPicture.

Sorry, I'm no RB3D expert, but how are you adding the texture? Maybe the
picture couldn't be loaded properly? Perhaps it's a bug, I've never
actually tested that feature.

We had to statically link it, they don't provide an option to build a shared
library, that probably explains why you can't download it either.
