Interesting...I wouldn't have described it as "quite jaggy" even with AA=0.
When I press down-arrow and the ship rears up, there are some whitish edges
that "crawl" along near the nose. Those look identical with AA = 0 and AA =
2. (As does everything else, but I'd expect the most difference there.)
AA > 2 makes me crash.
Also, I'm assuming that AA only takes effect in fullscreen mode. Not sure
why I assume this, I just do. Am I right?
