Just a few fixes (I thought I fixed the Windows version, but apparently
not), and the page is different. I have documentation for the data
files up now.
This isn't a very big update, just an attempt to fix the Windows
problems. I can't test it because I don't have a Windows computer :-(.
I didn't know it didn't work until I went to my friend's house this
afternoon and tried it.
