Yes, you can, if it's something that can be opened as a sound on the
OS you're running on. On a Mac, for example, all those sound file
types (and many more) will work with OpenAsSound (assuming you are
using RB 5.5 or later).
They really need more documentation on this stuff.
We're open to suggestions. Can you be more specific?
